Remembering Rock: April 2022
Ministry Update:
Happy Easter! As we gather on this special weekend, set aside to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ we are so thankful for this season to reflect on Christ’s sacrifice, and the salvation He accomplished at the cross. We pray that this same truth would be experienced by those who come to camp; that their time away would be an opportunity to learn, grow, and reflect on God through His Word. We are anticipating and praying for the busy ministry season ahead, and trusting that God would use the programs, guest groups, family campground spaces and serving on staff for great spiritual growth this year
Prayer Requests:
- Pray for our Spring clean-up day; that much would be accomplished as we prepare our facilities for the summer ahead.
- Pray for Davisville Church & Summit Christian Academy holding retreats this month; and Rock Mountain Day Out–that God would use these fun events to work in the lives of students and leaders.
- Pray for our summer staff team; that God would provide the staff needed to serve our guests and campers and He would be working in them to prepare them for their ministry.
Praises:
- We are thankful for the projects accomplished this month in-between groups; floors are being waxed, cabins painted and improvements are happening around camp to be ready for summer!
- We are excited to serve multiple new churches this summer, and for our returning guest groups preparing for camp!
At our Rock Mountain Retreat…
