Family Campground ~ Booking


Campsite & Lodging Unit Booking:

  • Reservations can be made via our Online Reservation System,  Email, or call 570.756.2200. xt230 

  • Reservations are accepted January 2nd through the end of Campground season (May 15-October 13).

  • From July 19-31 campsites are only available to families with children enrolled in our Junior or JrDay Camp program.
  • Cottage &/or Camping Cabin reservations require a 2-night minimum stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THESE UNITS.
  • Site occupancy is one IMMEDIATE family OR 5 individuals per site. Camping cabins and the Cottage maximum occupancy is 5 individuals per unit.

  • Please familiarize yourself with our CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES before making your campground reservation, and prior to your camping trip.

  • When making reservations for multiple families & multiple sites please be aware that we require each family to pay their individual site deposit within one week of the reservation being made. Sites & Lodging units are available first-come, first-served.

  • Unmarried, non-related campground guests must stay in separate lodging units or sites (Cottage, Camping Cabin, or Tents) from guests of the opposite gender.                  

  • Check out the Campground Map. Identify multiple site options in the event the site you prefer is already booked.

  • Reservations for Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends require a minimum 2-night stay.  

  • 1-night site fee is required to secure a reservation. This serves as a non-refundable deposit.  Credit card or checks accepted.

  • Organized Groups (not immediate family sharing a site) are subject to per-person rates, Email or call 570-756-2200 xt230 for rates and to book sites for your group.

  • Seasonal Sites: We currently do not have any seasonal sites available. Please Email or call 570-756-2200 x230 to be placed on a waiting list.

  • Extended Stay Sites: An Extended Stay Site is a site which is rented from June 1 through September 1. Like a seasonal site, your unit can remain on-site for the duration of this time. There are Extended Stay Sites available for $765.00 for 2020 season. Email or call 570.756.2200 to book a site.

  • Refund Policy: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we allow campers to transfer their payment to a new camping reservation at no additional cost (within the same May-October camping season). NOTE: Reservations for Memorial Day or Labor Day weekends are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

 Pavilion & Day-Group Booking:

  • Reservation for the Pavilion must be made through the Camp Office prior to your stay.  Email, or call 570.756.2200 xt230

  • Organized Day Groups are subject to per-person rates, Email or call 570-756-2200 xt230 for more information

  • Pavilion rental includes use of all campground amenities, the pavilion, and pavilion grill. Additional By-Request activities are subject to availability and additional fees.

 2020 Rates

Rates are per night & per immediate family (or 5 individuals), occasionally doubling-up is permitted on select sites and requires an additional campsite fee.







Lakeside or wooded site, includes picnic table, fire-pit, water, & electric.





Wooded site, includes picnic table, fire-pit, sewer, water, & electric.



Cabins with a view or a wooded site.

All cabins include 4 beds (one is a double bed), fan, electric light & outlets, picnic table, fire ring, water spigot, and charcoal grill.



Lake-sides site, includes: 1 bedroom with double bed, loft bedroom with 3 twin beds, full bath w/ shower, kitchenette with sink/stove/microwave/fridge, small living room, and deck. 




Designated Pavilion use includes: Pavilion rental for the day, and use of all campground amenities including the pool, lake, and hiking trails. By-request activities are subject to availability and standard per-person fees.

Organized Groups (Youth Groups, Church Family Campouts, etc.) have 2 methods to book their Campground experience.

1) Use our Regular Campground Reservation system online, or on the phone, on/after January 2nd.  Organized Groups are subject to our Site Occupancy restrictions (5 non-family persons per site). Exclusive use of shared Campground Resources (Pavilion, Pool, Lake, etc) must be arranged a minimum of 1 week in-advance with the Campground Host , and availability is NOT guaranteed. 

2) Organized groups can also reserve their camping experience via a Campground Group Contract.  These arrangements can be make up to 12 months in advance, allow for reservation of shared-use Campground Resources, are subject to per-person rates as outlined by the Group Contract. Booking Other Campground Resources

  • Reservations for By-Request Activities (Zipline, Lasertag, Archery, etc) can be made with our Program Manager prior to your stay and/or upon arrival. By-request Activities are subject to availability and a per-person fee.
  • Reservations are accepted January 2nd through the end of Campground season (May 15-October 13). 
  • All Campground Resources that have not been Reserved (Pavilion, Pool, Lake, etc) are available first-come, first-served.


Firewood Alert:

As an attempt to help stop the spread of invasive & exotic pests, we are asking all campers to follow the PA DCNR's recommendations concerning firewood: DON'T MOVE FIREWOOD.




Firewood is available to purchase from Family Campground woodsheds.  Please help us keep invasive pests away from our camp property.
